This material may not be FARMINGTON, Maine � A University of Maine at Farmington student who was deported for violating conditions of her tourist visa has been granted a new visa to return to the United States, officials said. Huei-Ju "LuLu" Yen, 23, was deported in January after immigration officials learned she was reimbursed for expenses while writing columns for the Franklin Journal weekly newspaper in Farmington. Yen was a part-time student at the University of Maine at the time.
